As we navigate through these unprecedented times, I’m mindful of the balance I must achieve between supporting our many clients and looking after our employees’ health and well-being.

I have therefore taken the decision to close our office to external meetings from tomorrow.

Staff will have the option to continue working from the office or from home until such point as a mandatory lock down is enforced, at which point the team will work from home exclusively.

I have taken this decision as I believe that this will achieve the best outcome for all.

Fortunately, over the last 3 years, I have invested heavily in the latest technology and systems and we can work off site efficiently and without affecting the level of service that our clients have come to expect.

We already service large corporate clients in Perth, Melbourne, Ireland, and South Africa. Therefore, we are confident that we can continue the same protocols for our local clients.

Email is the best form of communication in these circumstances, so please continue to email your team member as before.

If you need to speak with someone please call our office number and we will put you in touch with the person you need to speak with.

Many people will need a face to face meeting to try work through their financial options. We are able to do this using video conferencing. In this case you will be sent a link to a meeting which you can connect to using a computer or mobile phone.

I understand that this is a big change for many people, however, please be assured that the team at Jewell Moore is doing everything they can to support all our clients and try help all of you through this crisis.
