Melvin is an Associate Director and Chartered Accountant with a broad range of experience across public practice. His primary focus is on data analytics and advisory services, helping clients make sense of their numbers and plan ahead with confidence. Melvin also has particular expertise in tax planning, capital gains tax (CGT) and estate planning, guiding clients through some of the most significant financial decisions they will make. Steven is a Chartered Accountant based in Cleveland and one of the longest-serving members of Jewell Moore Chartered Accountants. As a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Steven brings extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting and business advisory services.

Known for his attention to detail and practical, client-focused approach, Steven is committed to providing clear, reliable financial guidance to businesses across a diverse range of industries. Outside of work, Steven enjoys playing golf and making the most of his time on the water. Whether it’s a round of golf or getting out on the water, he values the opportunity to relax, recharge and enjoy time with family and friends.

Lin-Mari is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA), CAANZ) with over 15 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit and financial management. Having worked across South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, she brings a wealth of international experience and a practical, client-focused approach to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.

Lin-Mari has a special interest in self-managed super funds (SMSF), helping clients navigate the complexities of managing their own retirement savings.

She is passionate about building strong relationships and helping clients understand the “why” behind their financial decisions. Lin believes that educating and empowering clients creates lasting value and better outcomes.

Sergio is a CPA-qualified tax accountant with over 15 years of accounting and finance experience across Australia and Venezuela. His background spans business services, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and advisory services for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.

Since arriving in Australia, he has built extensive experience in public practice, progressing from Junior Accountant to Senior Accountant (current role), working with complex business structures across a range of industries, including pharmaceutical, legal, and professional services sectors. He enjoys helping clients understand their financial position, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing efficient processes that support better business decisions.

He is known for being proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. His ability to combine strong technical accounting knowledge with practical commercial experience allows him to provide valuable support to both clients and colleagues.

Jacques is a senior Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in public practice, including 18 years as a partner in a multi office firm. He also spent two years as financial manager in the manufacturing sector. He brings decades of hands-on experience managing complex accounting needs and offers expert help in daily accounting, strict regulatory compliance, and strategic business advice.

Bianca joined Jewell Moore in 2024 and has over 10 years of experience in the accounting field. She has developed a strong background across accounting, taxation and financial reporting, with experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries.

Bianca enjoys building positive relationships with her clients and takes pride in being approachable, reliable and providing practical support tailored to their individual needs. She values working closely with both clients and her team to achieve accurate and effective outcomes.

With over 24 years of experience in the accounting industry, Camy has been helping businesses manage their financial records since the age of 18. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree specialising in Management, Camy combines practical experience with strong academic knowledge.

She supports clients with their bookkeeping, lodgements, and the setup and management of accounting software, including Xero and QuickBooks. Her focus is on providing accurate, reliable, and practical solutions that help businesses stay organised and operate efficiently.

Tracey brings many years of experience in public practice to her role as Admin Manager at Jewell Moore. Known by many of our clients as the friendly and welcoming face of the practice, Tracey is often the first person you’ll speak with when you get in touch.

Tracey leads our Administration Team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that our clients receive a warm, professional and seamless experience from the moment they contact us.

Erin has been with Jewell Moore for a number of years and looks after accounts receivable, ASIC compliance, and the firm's internal systems. She plays a key role in keeping the practice running efficiently, making sure the details behind the scenes are always in order. Katherine is a detail-oriented, highly adaptable administrative specialist with broad cross-sector experience spanning recruitment, real estate, and loss adjusting/insurance claims in Australia. She is skilled in managing compliance documentation, supporting end-to-end recruitment, and coordinating meetings and events.

Katherine has a demonstrated knowledge of human resources processes, having supported the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee support, and internal communications, and now works as an ATO liaison, supporting tax compliance workflows, regulatory compliance, and the operational link between accountants and clients.
